• —You may not use Pulse to monitor systems you do not own or have permission to monitor
• —You may not attempt to abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service

• —The free tier is provided at no cost and may be used indefinitely
• —We reserve the right to apply fair use limits if usage is abusive
• —Free tier features may change but we will provide reasonable notice

• —You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• —You are responsible for all activity under your account
• —We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

• —Pulse provides uptime monitoring on a best-effort basis
• —We do not guarantee 100% alert delivery or monitoring uptime
• —Alert delivery depends on third party services (push notifications, webhooks) outside our control
• —Pulse is not liable for any damages resulting from missed alerts or monitoring gaps

• —You retain ownership of your data
• —By using the Service you grant us the right to store and process your data to provide the Service
• —We do not sell your data

• —Pulse and its branding are the property of the operator
• —You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service

• —The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• —We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• —Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

• —We may update these terms at any time
• —Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
